I'm a new blogger on the block.. A complete lover of Fashion, Food, Perfumes and Chocolates, which according to me pretty much define all the good things in life.
Well...! A usual happy day of mine entails the
four quint-essentials stated above. The day without doubt begins with
food (c'mon don't you all enjoy a hearty breakfast?!), followed by a girl's
usual morning quest of looking fashionable each day. At times my closet smiles
at me and throws that gorgeous piece of clothing I am absolutely
eager and excited to put on. But again, there are days when it frowns at me and
even in that huge stack of clothes, I have absolutely nothing I consider
wearable. Then I experiment to try and create a new look of an old piece lying
in that corner of my closet that I had not paid heed to in months....fashion
tip no 1 from my blog- Never Underestimate any piece of clothing. A piece of
Fabric can do wonders with the right styling..!
Rightly quoted "Every woman has two major problems when she opens
her wardrobe- (1) Nothing to wear (2) No place to keep her clothes"----
Ironic? But that is what women are-- Ironic in most things and that is what
makes them so perfectly fun and desirable.
Well, I'm not a female chauvinist and I would have plenty
posted in the future for men to look out for too.
My next love (Not in any hierarchical order) is
Perfumes/Fragrances. Though often considered under fashion category, I believe
perfumes deserve an independent category. After being satisfactorily
well-dressed and fashionable (synonymous with comfort for me), putting on that
perfect fragrance- suiting the occasion, time of the day, your mood is quite an
essential."You're never fully dressed without perfume"- C. Joybell C..
Yes!
I do have interpretations of each perfume I possess. Some are perfect for that
quiet dinner out, some for that crazy night out, while another is perfect for a
fresh summer morning and some musky ones are my favorite for the winters.
There are art lovers who find a story in a piece of art like a painting.
Being a perfume lover, I believe a perfume is an abstractly stimulating
creation which conveys a story and a feeling too. Fragrance has an
unconsciously stimulating lasting impression...
Another prerequisite, my fuel-- Chocolates! :) Nothing in excess does
harm! And, Chocolates is the well known “Happiness Food” :D Indulge in them
sometimes for that happy mood.. and if you're fond of dark chocolates, that is
even better and healthier!
